We are running an initial EOI and subsequent tender for the provision of water efficient products to support Sydney Water’s WaterFix® Programs.
Sydney Water is committed to Water Conservation, a key initiative helping us to achieve this is our flagship WaterFix® suite of plumbing related programs which has been helping customers to save water for more than 20 years.
Sydney Water’s WaterFix® Residential, WaterFix® Strata, WaterFix® Commercial, WaterFix® Small Business and PlumbAssist programs enable customers to save water by fixing leaks and installing water-efficient devices in their properties.
This event is for Supply of water efficient fixtures and fittings.
Products in scope include Toilets, Cisterns, Urinals, Tapware and other water efficient devices.
Product range will include Budget, Standard and Luxury price points.
Proponent will be required to manage product stock levels, warranty claims and have an auditable inventory management system.

Conditions for Participation
If selected to participate in a future sourcing event, proponents must have completed and passed the questionnaire and completed registration in Ariba.
Have at least 70% of products that are Watermark Certified and have minium 3-Star WELs Rating
Evidence of a safety system (policies and procedures) that meets Sydney Water’s Tier 3 WHS requirements
Estimated Timeframe for Delivery
The EOI closes 31 January. Suppliers will be shortlisted based on completion of the questionnaire and asked to self register in Ariba. A closed sourcing event will be conducted in February 2022 and concluding by March. A contract may be awarded shortly after.
