UNESCO invites Local Lebanese Contracting/ Construction Companies to submit a bid in response to the procurement notice: UNESCO/BEI/PRO/ITB/EDU/21/05 - “Rehabilitation works for two historical buildings at American University of Beirut”. The buildings are divided into 2 LOTS: LOT1: Fisk Hall Building and LOT 2: ADA Dodge Hall Building

Description of works for Fisk Hall

Restoration of historical building, including installation of new windows/or repair as necessary rehabilitation of Facades

Remove old deteriorated wooden windows and replace with new aluminium windows and renovate all facades

Description of works for Ada Dodge Hall

Restoration of historical building, including fixing old roof (tiles and structure) and some of the windows of the façade.

Remove old roof tiles and replace with new ones, repair and paint old wooden and steel  windows
