Oakland Rise Soft Facilities Management
Notting Hill Genesis intends to procure a single service provider (for a 4-year duration) with the option to extend up to 2 periods of 1-year each. Notting Hill Genesis are looking to enter a long-term contract with a single service provider to provide a soft facilities management service at various times (Monday – Sunday) at its new Estate Oakland Rise, located in North London. The services include a combination of concierge, security, window cleaning, general cleaning, deep cleaning and external grounds maintenance. There are a total of 605 homes that will comprise of 242 affordable homes, 61 social rent, 45 rent homes and 136 shared ownership as well as 203 market rent homes 160 market. The provider will be fully responsible for the monitoring and maintaining of standards of dress policy, attendance, punctuality, reliability, and customer service.

There are a total of 605 homes that will comprise of 242 affordable homes, 61 social rent, 45 rent homes and 136 shared ownership as well as 203 market rent homes which will be sold to QPR and 160 market homes retained by NHG. The provider will be fully responsible for the monitoring and maintaining of standards of dress policy, attendance, punctuality, reliability, and customer service, taking any necessary actions to achieve the highest standards of service delivery, and to maintain a clean and tidy appearance. We are looking for someone who will be able to provide Notting Hill Genesis with a quality service, to provide further input in the day to day running of these soft facilities management services.To work in partnership with NHG, to be able to communicate correctly and efficiently, and to collaborate with the relevant manager located on site to continuously improve the services, to bring any changes and recommendations to the review contract meetings. The successful service provider will be responsible for all aspects of the security, concierge,cleaning and grounds maintenance to this new site. As this is a brand-new scheme and Tupe will not be involved in the process, therefore we will require the new supplier to provide the resources to undertake the services.
This contract allows for an extension of two years of 1 year each.
