Transport for NSW (TfNSW) is seeking experience and suitable Professional Services Contractor to deliver an approved Zero Emission Bus Project final business case, developed in collaboration with TfNSW by October 2022 noting progressive approval and assurance pathways between June 2022 and October 2022 within TfNSW, Infrastructure NSW and the NSW Government.

Tenderers must a signed Confidentiality Deed Poll, of which is attached and email to [email protected] to receive the password to open the Invitation to Tender documents and meet the minimum requirements below:

• Minimum Requirement 1 –The Tenderer must demonstrate extensive experience in successful business case writing and leading narrative of large scale (total project value of more than $500 million) multi-disciplinary government transport project.

• Minimum Requirement 2 –The Tenderer must demonstrate evidence that the economist team nominated for the economic appraisal have recent (within 5 years) experience in economic appraisal of a government project with environmental benefits including air pollution, greenhouse gases and/or noise pollution.

• Minimum Requirement 3 –The Tenderer must demonstrate evidence that the cost estimation team nominated has recent (within 5 years) experience in costing government projects. Experience in costing of zero emission bus and infrastructure is expected (i.e. zero emissions technology and/or depot conversions and construction) including extensive experience in Quantitative Cost Risk Assessment (QCRA) for Government Projects.
