Description
https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/Published/Notice/releases/e4113604-4c77-45b2-949c-b39d2741c5c8.jsonWe are currently looking for one supplier for 4 years for the provision of long term gas and electric usage across all Thirteen Housing Group (THG) landlord sites. We are looking to fix prices for the full length term of the contract at 48 months. Sites included in this procurement are offices, communal areas in low/high rise buildings and community centres.
We have contracts for 303 electricity sites and 55 gas sites on both Opus/SSE group bills and 22 half hourly sites with SSE which expire on 31st March 2021. Another 323 (electricity) and 42 (gas) sites are then out of contract in October 2021. It is hoped that we will be able to tender for the full list of sites with a partial implementation from 1st April 2021 followed by a transfer of all other sites as and when the contracts expire. All sites will then be aligned with the same end date thus becoming co-terminus in nature.
The appointed service provider should be highly competent in delivering high quality services for multi sites (500+) this will need to be supported by clear evidence of experience, capacity and technology. They will be transparent in disclosing any fee structure or commission rates. We are typically looking at a 60% tariff 20% fee breakdown in addition to two 10% quality questions.
A full account management and online portal reporting tool is required to enable thorough consumption monitoring and identification of trends throughout any given period. Bill validation services should be factored in however this could potentially be a 'self-serve' item via the portal. Also, to have a 'consultancy' service or advisory service re green energy solutions/tariffs as this could serve relative advantages when we look at sites across the group in relation to supporting net zero by 2025 for electricity and gas by 2035.Status: activeStreet address: Windward Way MiddlesbroughLocality: Co DurhamPostal code: TS2 1QGCountry: United Kingdom
