Prior to the announcement, NRI wants feedback on parts of the tender documentation as they currently are. It is currently the draft price form and requirement specification being published. Our purpose in sending the documents for hearing is to get feedback on whether the requirement specification will ensure the municipality a good contract, as well as input that enables optimisation of the contest between potential tenderers when it is announced.

We want feedback on our requirements in the requirement specification and the manner in which we set up the framework agreement to function, as well as our proposed pricing.

We hope potential tenderers take the time to give us feedback. We request that feedback be sent in a combined document, in point form, with clear references to the documents.
