Requirement:
Tenderers must have an orderly system in relation to payment of taxes and VAT.
Documentation:
Norwegian companies: a tax certificate for tax arrears and VAT arrears, not older than 6 months.
Foreign companies: equivalent documentation.
Requirement:
Tenderers must be a legally established company.
Documentation:
Norwegian tenderers: company registration certificate
Foreign tenderers: verification that the company is registered in a trade index or a register of business enterprises as prescribed by the law of the country where the company is established.

Requirement:
Tenderers have sufficient economic capacity to execute the assignment/assistance.
Documentation:
Credit rating based on the most recent accounting figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating company with a license to conduct this service.

Requirement:
Tenderers must have experience from assignments of equivalent nature and scope.
Documentation:
A description of the tenderer's 3 most relevant assignments in the last 3 years. The descriptions contain maximum 1/2 A4 page for each of the 3 assignments. Tenderers are responsible for ensuring that the description is of such a nature that it documents fulfilment of the requirement.
