The contest and qualification will run parallel and will have the same date for submission.
Up to 5 tenderers who are qualified will have the opportunity to participate in the contest.
All referrals to the tenderer are to be understood as a referral to actual tenderers. All referrals to the delivery are to be understood as the system and services requested by the contracting authority in accordance with the tender documentation.
The tender documentation including the annexes gives tenderers the necessary information and guidance, see chapter 7 the tender documentation's documents/annexes.

Google meet equipment
Screens
Sound equipment for meeting rooms (microphones, loudspeakers)
Accessories (e.g., cables and suspension)

A control system for AV equipment
Service contract
Service assignments
Environmental return scheme for old equipment
Consultancy services (design/engineering design of meeting rooms/teaching rooms)
Training in use of the system
Supplementary equipment (applies to projectors and interactive boards)
System for screen mirroring
The tenderer will take over responsibility for the contracting authority's existing equipment through the contract.
Any service assignments for this equipment will be carried out by the chosen tenderer. The contracting authority does not have a total overview of the products that are at the contracting authority's units, however we can state that we have had a contract with ATEA for the last 4 years.
