  Invitation for Bids Date: 11 August 2021 Loan No. and Title: 3633-VIE: Basic Infrastructure for Inclusive Growth in the Northeastern Provinces Sector Project Contract No. and Title: BK-W04: Construction, Supplying and Installing Equipment of Water supply system in Van Tung commune, Ngan Son district, Bac Kan province Deadline for Submission of Bids: 9 September 2021 at 9:00 hours (local time) 1.     The Socialist Republic of Vietnam has received financing from the Asian Development Bank toward the cost of the Basic Infrastructure for Inclusive Growth in the Northeastern Provinces Sector Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of the ADB.  2.     The BIIG1- Bac Kan Subproject Project Management Unit invites e-bids from eligible Bidders for the Construction, Supplying, and Installing Equipment of Water Supply System with capacity of 1,400m 3 /day in Van Tung commune, Ngan Son District, Bac Kan Province.   The contract will be completed in twelve (12) months.  3.     National Competitive Bidding (NCB) will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: One Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries as described in the Bidding Document.  4.     Only eligible Bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in the bidding:  ●     Participation in at least one (1) contract that has been successfully or substantially completed within the last five (5) years and that is similar to the proposed works, where the value of the Bidder’s participation exceeds VND 26,444,000,000. ●     Minimum average annual construction turnover of VND 66,110,000,000 calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed, within the last five (5) years. ●     The Bidder must demonstrate access to, or availability of, liquid assets, lines of credit, or other financial resources (other than any contractual advance payments) to meet the Bidder’s financial resources requirement for this contract of VND 8,264,000,000 and its current contract commitments.   The qualification criteria are more completely described in the Bidding Document.   5.     To obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents, Bidder should contact:   Mr. Tran Cong Hoa Project Director, BIIG 1 Bac Kan Project Management Unit  Email: [email protected]   6.     A complete set of Bidding Documents in Vietnamese is freely available on Vietnam National e-Procurement System (www.muasamcong.mpi.gov.vn).  7.     e-bids must be submitted via Vietnam National e-Procurement System at or before 9:00 hours on 9 September 2021 (local time).
