Eligibility of Tenderer :	This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below : (A) Reputed contractors/construction firms who have minimum 5(Five) years of general experience in Construction works. (B) Having experience in successfully completion/execution of at least 1(one) number of similar nature of building construction work including Civil, Sanitary & Electric works worth not less than Tk. 110 ( One Hundred ten ) Lac only in a single work order in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years. (C) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk [130(One Hundred Thirty ) Lac] over the last [5(Five)] years (D) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. working capital or credit Line(s) of the tenderer shall be TK. 45 (Forty Five) Lac only, supported by Bank certificate. Bank statement should be counted 28 (Twenty Eight) days before from the date of opening of tender. (E) Up-to dated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate (F) Up-to dated ABC category contractory & Supervisory License issued from Electrical licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh. (G) All other conditions as mentioned in (Section-2 & Section-4) of tender documents must be fulfilled. Special Instructions: ((A) As per latest Amendment of PPR-2008 and according to ITT clause no. 30.3, Tenders having quoted the offer in percentage is more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimated of the proposed works, shall be rejected. (B) In case of tie for the evaluated price, the lowest evaluated tenderer shall be selected based on past performance mentioned in ITT clause no.30.4. So all tenderers are requested to submit the related documents mentioned in ITT clause no.30.4
