Procurement of a framework agreement with up to two tenderers for dark fibre connectivity for locations in Bærum Municipality. At the same time the framework agreement is signed, approx. 270 dark fibre connection will be procured amongst the selected framework agreement suppliers.

Procurement of a framework agreement with up to two tenderers for dark fibre connectivity for locations in Bærum Municipality. The framework agreement is for connections to both existing locations and the establishment of new connections to future locations. The fibre is to be delivered connected in the fibre patch panels (ODF) in each individual termination point, and the termination points will be located in a computer cupboard within the respective building.

At the same time the framework agreement is signed, approx. 270 dark fibre connection will be procured amongst the selected framework agreement suppliers. The number of connections is expected to be between a total of 250 and 300 throughout the contract period, and, based on historical figures, approx. 3-10 new connections will be procured a year. The connections will be connected to Bærum Municipality and will be within the municipality's geographical border.

The contract will be valid for three years, excluding the option years.

The contract will be valid for 3 years with an option for the contracting authority to extend for up to 2 years, with 1 year at a time.

Tenderers must be registered in a company register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Documentation requirement for Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate.

Documentation requirement for foreign companies: Proof that the company is registered in a trade index or register of business enterprises as mandated by the law of the country where the tenderer is established.

Tenderers are required to have an economic and financial solidity that gives the contracting authority the security that the tenderer will be financially viable throughout the contract period.

Expanded credit rating/report, not older than three months, from a publicly certified credit rating company with character A (credit worth) or equivalent or better rating. The report must be based on the last known fiscal figures. The date must be clear.

Companies without adequate credit rating, newly started companies with a credit score of AN, individual foreign companies or companies without reporting obligation to the Brønnøysund Register Centre will not always be able to document that the requirement is met. In such instances, they will be able to compensate with a satisfactory credit rating which provides an equivalent security for implementation ability. These alternative documents must be included in the tender. If a tenderer has valid reasons for being unable to present the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can prove the economic and financial position with any other documents that the contracting authority deems suitable.

Good experience is required from equivalent assignments.
