II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

The health authorities need to rent payment terminals and a card redemption agreement. These agreements are currently going via the main bank agreements, but it is being considered to carry out a separate procurement for the field. The municipality needs a system that includes debit cards, credit cards and mobile payment.

An agreement must either be entered into with one tender nationally or one tenderer for each regional health authority. The hire of payment terminals and a card redemption agreement will be awarded jointly.

The health authorities are interested in communicating with interested parties and will invite all interested parties to a market dialogue as soon as possible.
