The procurement of ultrasound devices the gynaecological/ maternity departments at Helse Nord Trøndelag HF
The equipment shall be used for both obstetrics and gynaecology.
Obstetric use includes embryo examinations in all three trimesters, 3D examinations and Doppler examinations, including routinely ultrasound early, week 14, and routinely ultrasound in week 18. Gynaecological use includes vaginal ultrasound examinations of female pelvic organs, early pregnancies and simple ultrasound-guided procedures.
The following probes shall be included in the delivery:
- 1 High-frequency vaginal probe that supports 3D ultrasound on all machines.
- 1 2D high frequency curved abdominal probe on all machines.
- 1 3D abdominal probe with large sector on High end machines.
The contracting plans, on an investment budget in 2022, to procure 6 Mid Range machines and 2 High End machines.
An option will be requested for the delivery of additional 3 Mid Range and 2 High end machines which can be freely purchased by health trusts belonging to Helse Midt Norge RHF during a period of 3 years from contract signing.

Section III: Legal, economic, financial and technical information
Registration in a professional register.
Tenderers must be registered in a trade register in the member state where the tenderer is established. As described in annex XI of directive 2014/24/EU; tenderers from certain member countries can be required to fulfil other requirements in the mentioned annex.
Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial solidity to fulfil the contract obligations.
The contracting authority will assess the tenderer's compliance with the qualification requirement in the following ways: * The tenderer's latest annual accounts, including notes, the board's annual report and the auditor's report, as well as recent information with relevance to the tenderer's accounting figures. In addition, the contracting authority will obtain a rating report from Bisnode. If a tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can document his economic and financial capacity by presenting other documents considered suitable by the contracting authority.
Tenderers must have good ability and capacity to comply with the contractual obligations.
The contracting authority will assess tenderers' fulfilment of the qualification requirement in the following ways: Described capacity in relation to training, follow-up, and service. The contracting authority will assess whether tenderers have the capacity to carry out the start-up and follow-up of the contract.
