Request for expressions of interest (Consulting services)   The Belarus Education Modernization Project, the Loan Agreement 8943-BY BEMP/AF/2.5/1-4-4 Title of the task: “Provision of consulting services for the development of scientific and methodological support for the educational program of advanced training of heads of institutions of general secondary education “Improving the educational environment of educational institutions”. Currently the Scientific and Methodological Institution "National Institute of Education" of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus (hereinafter – the National Institute of Education) invites potential eligible onsultants (legal entities) to express their interest in providing services for the development of scientific and methodological support for the educational program of advanced training of heads of institutions of general secondary education “Use of combined complexes of physics, chemistry, biology, computer science classrooms for innovative teaching”. Interested onsultants should pay attention to paragraphs 3.14- 3.17 of “The World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” (July 2016, revised November 2017 and August 2018, fourth edition November 2020) (hereinafter- The World Bank Procurement Regulations) which sets out the World Bank's policy in conflict of interest, corruption and fraudulent activities (Appendix IV to the World Bank Procurement Regulations).
