Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers for Playgrounds upgrade and works at:

• Allder Park Playground

• Arthur Park Playground

• Canterbury Park Playground

• Earlwood Oval Playground

• Ludgate Reserve Playground

• Padstow Park Playground

• Punchbowl Park Playground

• Cullens Rd Reserve Playground

• Maluga Passive Park (Gym Equipment)

• Peace Park Playground

• James Folster Reserve Playground

• Lucinda Reserve Playground

This Request for Tender (RFT) incorporates upgrades and works for the aforementioned playgrounds each as separable portions. These separable portions have also been grouped in 3 packages, with 4 playgrounds each. Tenderers may respond to this RFT based on these packages, or as individual projects. All projects may be awarded to one suitably qualified and experienced contractor or split amongst those who tender. This will be dependent on the submitted prices and programs.

NOTE: Package award is the preferred option of the Principal, consequently preference will be given to qualified tenderers who indicate interest in this option and provide pricing for all relevant separable portion in a package.

A full description of the nature and extent of the services required by Principal, project packages, separable portions and locations are set out in Section 3 of attached Services Brief.

A compulsory tender briefing will be held at 9.30 am on Wednesday 1st December 2021.

The sites can be self-inspected prior to this meeting. Any questions can be addressed at the tender briefing.

Council will not consider a Tender lodged by a Tenderer who fails to sign the attendance sheet at this briefing or fails to ensure that a representative of the Tenderer signs the attendance sheet on its behalf.
